Check Valve Female - SS 316 Instrumentation Valves

The CVF is a check valve female that isolates or controls flow in the line, with a body built for repeated operation. The 316 stainless steel body resists corrosion in gas, hydraulic and pneumatic service. Dimensionally interchangeable with equivalent Parker, Swagelok fittings.

Features

  • Resilient, blow-out resistant and leak-tight shut-off seat design

  • Back stopped poppet prevents the spring from being overstressed

  • 100% factory tested for both crack and reseal

  • Cracking pressures of 1/3, 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 Psig

  • Back pressure may be required to reseal the valve at a nominal cracking pressure of 5 Psig or lower

  • Heat code traceability


Label Colour Reference

  • Blue: PTFE

  • Green: Neoprene

  • Black: Ethylene propylene rubber

  • Brown: Buna-N


Lubrication

Dye molly sulphide lubricant is used on the outer body in SS 316 and brass. A silicon based lubricant is used on the poppet.


Application

Female ported check valve that holds flow in one direction on instrument air, gas and hydraulic lines, with cracking pressure selected to suit the system.
