Check Valve Tube x Tube Fractional - SS 316 Instrumentation Valves

The CVT is a check valve tube x tube fractional that isolates or controls flow in the line, with a body built for repeated operation. The 316 stainless steel body resists corrosion in gas, hydraulic and pneumatic service. Dimensionally interchangeable with equivalent Parker, Swagelok fittings.

Features

  • Resilient, blow-out resistant and leak-tight shut-off seat design

  • Back stopped poppet prevents the spring from being overstressed

  • 100% factory tested for both crack and reseal

  • Cracking pressures of 1/3, 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 Psig

  • Back pressure may be required to reseal the valve at a nominal cracking pressure of 5 Psig or lower

  • Heat code traceability


Label Colour Reference

  • Blue: PTFE

  • Green: Neoprene

  • Black: Ethylene propylene rubber

  • Brown: Buna-N


Lubrication

Dye molly sulphide lubricant is used on the outer body in SS 316 and brass. A silicon based lubricant is used on the poppet.


Application

Fractional tube x tube check valve for OD tube runs, giving one way flow with a back stopped poppet that protects the spring.
